1931 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan

This 1931 Ford Model A is a two-door sedan that is said to have been refurbished under previous ownership and was acquired by the current owner in 2019. The car is powered by a 201ci L-head inline-four paired with a three-speed manual transmission and is finished in black over black and tan fabric upholstery. Equipment includes 19″ wire-spoke wheels, whitewall tires, a tilt-out windshield, a fold-down luggage rack with a black trunk, an alternator, and modern-style shock absorbers. This Model A is now offered on dealer consignment with a Wisconsin title in the owner’s name.

The bodywork was refinished in black under prior ownership, and the curved steel fenders are connected by running boards with step plates. Features include a tilt-out windshield, a grille guard, a quail radiator ornament, a horn, and dual taillights. Black-painted 19″ wire-spoke wheels are wrapped in Firestone Gum Dipped whitewall tires measuring 4.75/5.00. A fold-down luggage rack with a black trunk is positioned ahead of a rear-mounted spare tire under a black cover. Braking is provided by four-wheel drums. Modified suspension is handled by modern-style shock absorbers.

The cabin features individual front seats and a rear bench upholstered in black fabric along with a tan headliner and door panels. Interior appointments include a floor mat, a simulated woodgrain metal dashboard, a floor-mounted shifter, and bright sill plates.

The four-spoke steering wheel shows cracking and sits ahead of a speedometer, an ammeter, and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows just under 100 miles; approximately 500 miles were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 201ci L-head inline-four was factory rated at 40 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. The charging system has been updated with an alternator, and the oil was changed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a sliding-gear three-speed manual transmission.

The car is titled by the number on the engine block: A2349730. A tag in the engine compartment lists a similar sequence for the body number—but with the “9” missing.

The vehicle’s Wisconsin title lists Exempt in the Odometer Status box and notes that the car was previously titled in Kansas.
