This Packard Eight got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1934 Packard Eight Series 1101 Club Sedan is said to have spent time in Colorado before it was purchased by the seller in 2013. The car is finished in two-tone tan with orange pinstriping over tan cloth upholstery, and power comes from a 319ci L-head straight-eight paired with a three-speed manual transmission. Features include chrome bumpers, Trippe driving lamps, a cormorant radiator mascot, 17″ wire wheels, dual side-mount spares, an external trunk, a fold-down luggage rack, and rear footrests. This Eleventh Series Packard was previously listed on BaT in October 2023 and is now offered with service records and a California title in the seller’s name.

Packard’s Eleventh Series models were introduced in August 1933, and styling changes included more expansive front fenders, horizontally slotted front and rear bumpers, and a fuel filler integrated into the left taillight housing. This example wears style 716 five-passenger club sedan bodywork that was repainted in its current two-tone tan with orange pinstriping under previous ownership. Additional equipment includes Trippe driving lights, a cormorant radiator mascot, running boards, rear-hinged rear doors, an external trunk, and a fold-down luggage rack.

The car was equipped with a ride-control adjustable suspension from the factory and features semi-elliptical leaf springs at all four corners. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel vacuum-assisted drums.
