350-Powered 1938 Chevrolet Master Town Sedan 4-Speed

This 1938 Chevrolet Master Town Sedan was sold new in Ohio and stayed with its original owner until 1983 when it was sold to a dealership. It was purchased by its second owner in the late 1980s and subsequently repainted in metallic green and fitted with a 350ci ZZ3 V8 crate engine and a Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission. The second owner’s son acquired the car in 2015 and added staggered-diameter Rushforth alloy wheels and leather and suede upholstery. Additional equipment includes a Ford 9″ rear end, a Hurst shifter, front disc brakes, gas shocks, a VDO gauge set, a Holley Double-Pumper carburetor, a Delco Remy ignition system, ceramic-coated exhaust headers, and Flowmaster mufflers. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in August 2020, and service in preparation for the sale included replacing the front shocks, both front brake hoses, one rear brake hose, the front spindle and brake hose bolts, the rear wheel studs, and the rear axle bearings and inner seal. This modified Master sedan is now offered with a 1938 Ohio title, Detroit Autorama show awards, leftover paint/color formulas, the selling dealer’s service records, and a clean Michigan title.
