This Ford Thunderbird (1955-1957) got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1957 Ford Thunderbird was purchased by the seller in 2010 and was subsequently the subject of a refurbishment completed in 2017. The body was removed from the frame and refinished in Seafoam Green, and the interior was refreshed using tan upholstery. Power is provided by a 312ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and the car is equipped with a tan convertible soft top, rear fender skirts, chrome turbine-style wheel covers, a dual exhaust system, a power-adjustable seat, a Lokar shifter, an aftermarket tilting steering column, an aftermarket steering wheel, power windows, power steering, and an aftermarket cassette stereo. This Thunderbird is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, service records, refurbishment photos, and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name.

Equipment includes a heater and defroster, polished door sills, power windows, lap belts, floor mats, a Lokar shifter, an aftermarket cassette stereo, and engine-turned aluminum accents on the doors and dashboard. The seller notes the clock and radio do not work.

The aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel wears a chrome horn ring and is mounted on an aftermarket tilting steering column. Instrumentation consists of 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The clock was reportedly rebuilt with Quartz movement during current ownership. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 221 miles. Total mileage is unknown.
