This 1958 Chevrolet Apache is a Cameo Carrier pickup that is said to have been refurbished prior to its acquisition by the seller around a decade ago. Finished in white with red accents over a red and gray interior, the truck is powered by a replacement V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional features include a wood-lined bed with fiberglass side panels, a fender-mounted antenna, whitewall tires, and dual side mirrors. This final-year Apache Cameo pickup is being offered with service records and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The Cameo Carrier variant of the Task Force line of trucks featured unique exterior styling elements including a steel bed with fiberglass side panels, a concealed rear spare tire carrier, and Cameo badging. This example is finished in white and features red accents around the grill as well as on the B-pillars, bed sides, and inner bed panels. Additional equipment includes an antenna mounted on the front fender, a wood bed floor with red-finished runners, and dual side mirrors.

The red-painted steel wheels are fitted with chrome trim rings and Chevrolet-branded hubcaps and are wrapped in whitewall tires. A full-size spare is found under the bed.

The cabin features a bench seat trimmed in gray vinyl with red patterned fabric inserts. Amenities include a locking glovebox, an AM radio, and opening front 3/4 vent windows.

A red three-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer with inset displays for coolant temperature, amperage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows around 230 miles, approximately 100 of which have been added by the seller over the last decade. Total mileage is unknown.

The replacement V8 is said to have been installed during previous ownership and is topped by a single carburetor with an oil bath air cleaner. An oil change was performed approximately six months ago.
