This 1961 Chevrolet K20 Apache 4×4 is a 3/4-ton Stepside long-bed model that is finished in blue over two-tone blue and white upholstery. Power comes from a 235ci inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and equipment includes silver 16″ steel wheels with trim rings, manually-locking front hubs, running boards, a bed side-mounted spare wheel and tire, and a wood-plank bed floor. The seller reportedly acquired the truck in 2008 and the rear differential is said to have been repaired in June 2023. This K20 is offered at no reserve with a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in blue and was reportedly repainted under prior ownership. Exterior details include a white-finished front bumper and front grille trim, quad headlights, dual side mirrors, vent windows, running boards, and a bed side-mounted spare wheel and tire. Exterior wear is present and includes corrosion and bubbling on lower doors and around the windshield, and close-up images depicting these areas are provided in the gallery below.

Silver 16″ steel wheels wear bright trim rings and are mounted with 285/75 Mountaincat Radial E/T tires. Braking is handled by dual-circuit drums on all four corners.

The Chevrolet-branded drop-down tailgate features white trim and opens to reveal a wood-plank bed floor with bright trim strips.

The interior is equipped with a bench trimmed in two-tone blue and white upholstery, along with a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Appointments include a black rubber floor covering, an ash tray, hand-crank side windows, and a cabin heater.

The steering wheel exhibits cracking fronts instrumentation that includes a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 87k miles, less than 500 of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.

The 235ci Thriftmaster inline-six is fed by a single carburetor and was factory rated to make 135 horsepower and 217 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was carried out in 2023.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Repairs to the rear differential are said to have been made in June 2023.

The data plate affixed to the truck details the VIN 1K2540108778, and the serial number listed on the title incorrectly shows the first digit as “F”.
