This Volkswagen Beetle (1958-1979) got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1962 Volkswagen Beetle convertible is powered by a replacement air-cooled flat-four that is fitted with Okrasa cylinder heads, dual Weber carburetors, Bosch ignition components, and a performance exhaust system. Reportedly refurbished under prior ownership, it is finished in red over white vinyl upholstery and is equipped with a black soft top, a four-speed manual transaxle, and body-color 15″ steel wheels with hubcaps as well as four-wheel disc brakes, hooded headlights, a left-side mirror, VDO instrumentation, and lap belts. Purchased by the seller in February 2019, this Beetle convertible is now offered with a records letter from Volkswagen, the removed factory engine, spare parts, a tool kit, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
