This 1964 Rambler Classic 770 two-door hardtop has been fitted with a 287ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Finished in black over red upholstery, the car is equipped with 15″ wire wheels, power steering, power brakes, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, dual exhaust, bright trim, air conditioning, and an AM radio. The car reportedly was refurbished under prior ownership and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023. This AMC-built Rambler is now offered in New York with Georgia registration.

The car was finished from the factory in Classic Black (1) and is said to have been repainted during refurbishment work that was carried out under previous ownership. Exterior details include bright body-side and rocker-panel trim, chrome bumpers, a driver-side mirror, and dual exhaust outlets.

The two-spoke steering wheel exhibits cracking and fronts a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 66k miles, less than 100 of which have been added by the selling dealer. True mileage is unknown.

An 287ci V8 has been installed and is fed by a Holley four-barrel carburetor. An electric fan supplements the radiator. The vehicle left the factory with a 196ci inline-six under the hood.
