This Chevrolet C/K (1960-1966) got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1965 Chevrolet C10 is a long-bed Fleetside pickup that is said to have been refurbished in 2012 with work that included an exterior refinish in orange over a black interior. Power comes from a 283ci V8 paired with a replacement four-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes chrome 16″ aftermarket wheels, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, a custom aluminum fuel tank, wood-planked flooring in the bed, and a floor-mounted Hurst shifter. This modified C10 is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a clean Michigan title in the owner’s name.

The Fleetside body is said to have been removed from the frame and refinished in the current orange during a 2012 refurbishment. Features include a dual-outlet exhaust, a shaved fuel filler neck, and a chrome grille, side mirrors, and bumpers. An April 2021 collision with a  deer is said to have resulted in damage to the grille and chipped paint, which were subsequently repaired. Chrome-finished 16″ aftermarket wheels wear 255/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted discs at each corner. A power-steering system is said to have been installed in October 2020.

Wood-planked floorboards in the bed are separated by polished trim strips. The fuel filler is located in the bed floor, just ahead of the tailgate.

The interior features color-matching finishes on sheetmetal and a bench seat trimmed in black with a Chevrolet bow-tie logo and matching carpets. Interior amenities include a Hurst floor-mounted shifter, a locking glove compartment, a heater, and a push-button radio. The seller states that the radio does not work properly.

An orange two-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation that includes a 100-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and warning lights. The five-digit odometer indicates 2k miles, which is said to reflect the distance traveled since the refurbishment. True mileage is unknown.

It is noted that the VIN listed on the title (01545A135518) differs from the vehicle’s actual chassis number in that it begins with a zero rather than a letter C.
