1965 Ford Falcon Sedan Delivery

This 1965 Ford Falcon Sedan Delivery is a final-year example finished in turquoise over color-coordinated cloth upholstery, and is powered by a 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes 15″ American Racing wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, air conditioning, a Kenwood AM/FM/cassette stereo, a CD changer, and chrome bumpers and side mirrors. This Falcon Sedan Delivery was acquired by the seller in 2016 and is now offered with removed parts, manufacturer’s literature, and a Washington title in the seller’s name.

The body was refinished in Twilight Turquoise under previous ownership. Features include a fold-down tailgate with a crank-operated rear window, high-performance 289 fender badges, and chrome bumpers, trim, and side mirrors.

Five-lug 15″ American Racing wheels wear 205/60 front and 225/60 rear BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The seller notes lowering springs have been installed.

The cabin features a front bench seat upholstered in turquoise cloth upholstery joined by a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. The carpets are protected by Cobra-branded floor mats, and additional equipment includes a heater, front lap belts, a Kenwood AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a Kenwood CD changer mounted in a rear cargo storage bin.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel wears a Cobra-branded horn button and frames a sweeping 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A Sprint tachometer is centrally mounted on the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 1k miles, and true mileage is unknown.

The replacement 289ci V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a C4 three-speed automatic transmission. The seller notes cylinder heads from a 351ci Windsor V8 have been added, and a Cobra-branded air cleaner and valve covers are installed.
