This Pontiac GTO got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1965 Pontiac GTO convertible is powered by a 389ci V8 equipped with tri-power induction and backed by a four-speed manual transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. A refurbishment carried out before the selling dealer’s acquisition in 2010 involved repainting the car in red with white pinstriping and replacing the Parchment vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes a power-operated white soft top, a hood scoop, a center console, a Hurst shifter, a push-button AM radio, Rally wheels, and power steering. The carburetors are said to have been rebuilt in preparation for the sale, and the fuel tank, sending unit, and engine oil were replaced. This GTO is now offered with Pontiac Historic Society documents and a Florida title in the seller’s name.
