This Pontiac Bonneville got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1966 Pontiac Bonneville convertible was sold new at Kindler Pontiac-Cadillac in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and has since been refinished in Reef Turquoise over a black vinyl interior. Power comes from a replacement 428ci V8 which is fitted with a Tri-Power carburetor setup and paired with a three-speed TH400 automatic transmission. Additional features include a power-operated soft top, fender skirts, finned rocker panel trim, and air conditioning. The seller acquired the car 15 years ago and has recently overhauled the braking system and installed new spark plugs and ignition wires. This Bonneville is offered with Pontiac Historical Services documents and an Iowa title in the seller’s name.

The seller states that the body was repainted in its factory Reef Turquoise in 1980, and the condition of the finish is shown up close in the gallery below. Blemishes include a scrape near the passenger door handle, dents in the right rear fender skirt, bubbling on the right quarter panel, and a scuffed dent on the left front fender. The soft top shows wear and is photographed in its raised and lowered positions. The top pump, cylinders, and hoses have reportedly been replaced.
