396-Powered 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe 4-Speed

This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro coupe was first delivered to Williams and Swanson Chevrolet of Renton, Washington. The car is finished in Ermine White over black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a replacement 396ci V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black vinyl roof, RS-style concealed headlights, an SS-style hood with raised simulated air intakes, front disc and rear drum brakes, 14″ Rally wheels, a center console, and an aftermarket digital AM/FM stereo. The seller purchased the car in 2023 and has since added approximately 100 miles. This Camaro coupe is now offered with a car cover, an NCRS shipping data report, a reproduction window sticker, four spare rally wheels mounted with Firestone Wide Oval tires, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Ermine White, and features include a black vinyl roof, a black nose stripe and tail panel, a driver-side mirror, concealed headlights, SS396 badging, chrome bumpers, and an SS-style hood with raised simulated air intakes. Removed badges, including SS350 emblems, will accompany the car. Wear is noted at the lower edge of the vinyl top behind the left-rear window, and other imperfections are displayed in the gallery below.

The 14″ Rally wheels are finished in black with chrome trim rings and center caps, and they are mounted with 235/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. A set of four removed 14″ Rally wheels finished in silver will accompany the car and are wrapped in Firestone Wide Oval tires.

Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer ahead of the steering wheel along with an analog clock and auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure mounted in the center stack. A shift light is mounted to the steering column. The five-digit odometer shows 33k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. The seller notes that the speedometer occasionally reads erratically. Total mileage is unknown.

The replacement 396ci V8 was reportedly installed in the late 1960s and is topped with a four-barrel carburetor and an open-element air cleaner assembly. Full-length headers feed into a dual exhaust system. The casting number is pictured in the gallery and indicates a 396ci engine block produced for 1968 models.
