This Plymouth Barracuda got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1967 Plymouth Barracuda coupe was delivered new to Kay Motors, Inc. of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and was acquired by the current owner in January 2021. The car was reportedly refinished in red over white vinyl upholstery in the mid-1990s and is powered by a 273ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include air conditioning, power steering, power-assisted brakes, a black vinyl top, and a push-button AM/FM radio. Service under current ownership included refurbishment of the carburetor and an oil change along with replacement of ignition components, the alternator, the air filter, and the tires. This Barracuda is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with manufacturer’s literature, a CertiCard, and Alabama registration.

The car was finished in Bright Metallic Red from the factory and was reportedly repainted in the mid-1990s. Features include a black vinyl top, and chrome front and rear bumpers. The plastic trim strip around the rear window is deteriorating and damage from towing is visible on the lower front right fender. Rust is also shown on the rocker panels near the wheel openings and at the bottom of the vinyl top.
