This Ford F-Series 1967-1972 got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1968 Ford F-100 Ranger is a long-bed Styleside pickup that is said to have been purchased new in 1968 by the seller’s uncle, from whom he acquired it in 1986. Subsequent modifications included installation of a 427ci V8, a three-speed manual transmission, a 9″ rear axle with a limited-slip differential, and a lowered suspension. The truck is finished in two-tone red and white over a red vinyl interior and is equipped with a Hurst shifter, a Sidewinder intake manifold, COAE-D high performance cylinder heads, Hedman headers, and 15″ steel wheels. This F-100 is now offered with a Washington State title in the seller’s name.

The truck left the factory finished in Wimbledon White and Rangoon Red (MJ), and paintwork was reportedly performed on the upper bodywork in 2007 during current ownership. Features include a chrome front bumper, black-finished rear bumper, a passenger-side bed storage box, Ranger badging, and dual exhaust outlets. Up close photos of scratches, dents, and corrosion around the body can be seen in the gallery below.
