This Ford F-Series 1967-1972 got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1968 Ford F-250 was initially purchased from Richardson Ford of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and spent time in Colorado before being acquired by the seller in 2003. Finished in Meadowlark Yellow and Wimbledon White over beige upholstery, the truck is powered by a 360ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes front disc brakes, 16” steel wheels, a bedside storage compartment, and an aluminum radiator. This F-250 is offered at no reserve with an owner’s manual, shop manuals, and a clean New Mexico title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in Meadowlark Yellow with a Wimbledon White cab top and lower surfaces. Features include extended towing mirrors, a bedside storage compartment, and a diamond-plate rear bumper. The windshield is cracked and corrosion and fading in the paint and bed can be seen in the gallery below.

White-finished 16 steel wheels are fitted with polished hubcaps and are mounted with Eldorado ZR4 Radial LT tires. Stopping power is provided by manual front disc brakes and rear drums.

The cab features a bench seat covered in medium beige crush vinyl with patterned woven plastic inserts along with body-color steel surfaces and door panels. Equipment includes manual-crank windows, lap belts, a heater and defroster, a glove compartment, and a storage area in place of the factory radio. Rust-through is shown on the driver-side floor pan and cracks on the bench seat and in the dashboard can be seen in the gallery below.

A three-spoke steering wheel frames a horizontal 100-mph speedometer and gauges including fuel level, amperage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 41k miles, approximately 3k of which have been added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 360ci V8 was factory rated at 215 horsepower and sends power to the rear wheels through a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Service in September 2021 is said to have included replacing the radiator, thermostat, fuel and oil filters, and transmission filter and pan gasket as well as rebuilding the carburetor and cleaning the oil bath air cleaner. The seller states the windshield washer reservoir is damaged and a mounting bracket and crank pulley for an aftermarket air conditioning system is present.
