This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro coupe has been refurbished and modified in the style of a ZL1 Camaro, and it is powered by an all-aluminum 427ci ZL1 V8 coupled with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt Positraction rear end. The car is finished in LeMans Blue over black vinyl upholstery, and additional equipment includes body-colored steel wheels, traction bars, power-assisted front disc brakes, a Hurst shifter, and a Delco AM radio. This modified Camaro is offered on dealer consignment in Michigan with a clean Wisconsin title.

This example was ordered in LeMans Blue (71), and the body was repainted during the refurbishment performed during prior ownership. Features include a cowl induction hood, a left-side mirror, and chrome pumpers. The selling dealer believes that the rear quarter panels were replaced during the refurbishment, and close-up photos of the paintwork, badging, taillights, glass, and other trim are included in the gallery below.

Blue-painted 14″ steel wheels wear bowtie-logo hubcaps and are wrapped in staggered width Firestone Wide Oval white-letter tires. A matching spare is stored in the trunk. Braking is handled by power-assisted disc brakes up front and drums at the rear, and the car is equipped with Competition Engineering-sourced traction bars.

Black vinyl upholstery covers the front bucket seats and rear bench, and it is accompanied with color-coordinated trim panels and carpeting. The car retains a Delco AM radio, and further equipment includes a Hurst shifter, an adjustable steering column, and manually operated windows.

Instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and supplementary gauges mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer indicates 1,400 miles and is believed to have rolled over. True mileage is unknown.

An all-aluminum 427ci ZL1 V8 sourced from GM Performance was installed during prior ownership. Induction is via a Holley four-barrel carburetor mounted atop a Winter intake manifold, and the cast exhaust manifolds are paired with Team Allied-sourced mufflers and a dual exhaust system. A collection of stamping and casting numbers are provided in the gallery below, and the oil was changed and the clutch was adjusted in May 2021.
