1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Holiday Coupe

This 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme is a Holiday Coupe example that was purchased by the current owner on BaT in December 2021. The car is powered by a 350ci Rocket V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission, and it is finished in Burgundy Mist over Parchment vinyl. Features include an Antique Parchment vinyl top, 14″ Super Stock III wheels, and power steering. Work under current ownership has included refinishing the brake components, re-coring the radiator, fitting stainless-steel exhaust tips, replacing the spark plugs and fuel-filter housing gasket, and installing a missing vacuum hose. This Cutlass Supreme is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with manufacturer’s literature, a build sheet, service records, and New York registration.

The car is finished in Burgundy Mist (67) . Exterior equipment includes a Antique Parchment vinyl top, quad headlights, front and rear chrome bumpers, a driver’s side mirror, and bright trim. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

The 14″ Super Stock III wheels wear a body-color are mounted with Goodyear Eagle ST tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by manual front disc and rear drum brakes. The brake system as bled and its components were refinished in March 2023.

The seating surfaces and door panels are upholstered in Parchment vinyl, and the car is equipped with an air conditioning system that was recharged in March 2023. An invoice from that time indicates that “there is probably a leak or leaks in the system.” The AM radio works poorly.

The steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and an auxiliary gauge for fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 76k miles, approximately 1,600 of which were added under current ownership.

The car is powered by a 350ci L65 Rocket V8 that has received a tune-up and an oil change under current ownership. Other recent work has included a coolant flush, re-coring the radiator, fitting stainless-steel exhaust tips, replacing the spark plugs and fuel-filter housing gasket, and installing a missing vacuum hose.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic automatic transmission.
