This Toyota Corona got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1969 Toyota Corona Deluxe is a blue-over-blue example powered by a 1.9L inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with 13″ covered steel wheels, chrome bumpers and trim, and a push-button radio. The car was acquired by the seller in January 2022, and work completed in 2023 included installing a Weber carburetor and replacing the throttle cable, battery, ignition coil, and fuel and vacuum lines. This Corona is now offered at no reserve with a removed air cleaner assembly and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in blue and features a left-side mirror, front vent windows, side markers, and bright trim. Stickers are affixed to the chrome bumpers. Exterior flaws such as worn weatherstripping, chipped paint, cracked front fascia trim, and areas of corrosion are depicted in the photo gallery below.

The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in blue vinyl. Appointments include a heater, a defroster, and a push-button radio. A bracket and loose wiring are located below the dashboard, and Pioneer speakers are installed in the front door cards. The air conditioning system is inoperative, and there is a tear and a split seam on the driver seat and rear bench upholstery.

Instrumentation includes a horizontal 100-mph speedometer and gauges displaying coolant temperature and fuel level. The 1.9-liter 3R-C inline-four was reportedly overhauled under previous ownership and was fitted with a Weber carburetor with an electric choke as well as a replacement ignition coil in 2023. Additional service at that time involved replacing the battery, throttle cable and bracket, vacuum line and fittings, fuel lines and fittings, and coolant caps. The removed air cleaner assembly is included in the sale. Rust is present on the underside of the hood.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. Corrosion is visible on underside surfaces, additional photos of which are presented in the gallery.
