This Chevrolet C/K (1967-1972) got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1970 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside pickup was refurbished during prior ownership including a repaint along with installation of a replacement engine and was subsequently acquired by the current owner’s father in December 2012. The truck is finished in blue over black and blue upholstery and powered by a 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include 18″ chrome wheels, front disc brakes, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a dual exhaust system with headers, an aftermarket grille, a shaved rear bumper, a Grant GT steering wheel, a Sunpro tachometer, and AutoGage auxiliary instruments. This long-bed C10 is now offered with a Kansas title in the seller’s name.
The rear bumper was shaved and the truck was repainted in its current shade of blue with white pinstripes as part of a refurbishment completed under prior ownership. Features include an aftermarket grille, a driver-side mirror, a sliding rear window, and bedside rails. The seller notes flaking of the bed coating as well as evidence of corrosion on the bottom corners of each door.
Chrome-finished 18″ alloy wheels wear 235/50 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A tires. The truck is equipped with power steering along with power-assisted front disc brakes with rear drums.
The standard cab features a bench seat upholstered in black vinyl with blue cloth centers accompanied by a black dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Additional equipment includes a Grant GT steering wheel, a JVC stereo receiver, sun visors, and polished door sill gauges.
Instrumentation includes a column-mounted Sunpro tachometer flanked by a 100-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge. Additional AutoGage gauges mounted beneath the dashboard indicate oil pressure, amperage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 30k miles, approximately 5k of which have been added by the current owner. Total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci V8 was installed under previous ownership and is equipped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor along with an Edelbrock air cleaner cover and intake manifold.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. The truck features a dual exhaust system with tubular headers. Corrosion is visible on underbody components.
The Kansas title lists an “antique” vehicle brand and displays an “exceeds mechanical limits” mileage status.
