This 1971 BMW 2002 was acquired in California by the seller in 2014 and is finished in beige over tan vinyl upholstery. Power comes from a 2.0-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes bright grilles and trim, 14″ Style 5 wheels, a Concord cassette stereo, and front bucket seats with adjustable headrests. Service under current ownership is said to have included replacement of the fuel sending unit, carburetor refurbishment, and replacement of the rear brakes. This 2002 is now offered with a tool kit, removed factory parts, manufacturer’s literature, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car was factory finished in Sahara (006) and the left side was refinished under previous ownership. Features include chrome bumpers with overriders, bright grilles and trim, new wiper blades, and round taillights. Silver-finished 14″ Style 5 wheels wear 185/60 Bridgestone Potenza tires that show cracking and are in need of replacement. The front and rear passenger-side wheel bearings as well as the rear brakes are said to have been replaced, and a set of steel wheels is included in the sale.

The cabin features tan vinyl upholstery with matching door panels and carpeting. Equipment includes a Concord cassette stereo, front bucket seats with adjustable headrests, and rear bench seating. Recent service reportedly included a carburetor refurbishment, installation of a Carter inline fuel pump, removal of the emissions air pump, oil and coolant changes, and replacement of the battery, the battery cables, the fuses, the fuel lines, the fuel sending unit, and the air filter.
