This 1972 Dodge Charger is finished in Light Gunmetal Metallic over a black interior and powered by a 5.9-liter Magnum V8 paired with a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission and a narrowed rear axle with Sure-Grip 3.55 rear differential. The car was acquired by the seller in 2007 and subsequently modified with work consisting of customizing the interior, refurbishing the suspension, and modifying the engine with a .040″ overbore, MSD electronic ignition, an Edelbrock intake manifold, RHS cylinder heads, and a Quick Fuel 680 CFM carburetor. Features include a black vinyl roof, ProCar bucket seats, 18″ Boze Forged 2-piece wheels, a 1971 R/T hood and taillamps, a custom dual exhaust system with electronic cutouts, Dr. Gas Boom Tube exhaust tips, a front chin spoiler, air conditioning, power steering, power front disc brakes, and a pistol-grip shifter. This Charger is offered with build receipts, a factory build sheet, an operator’s manual, and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name.

The car was repainted in the factory Light Gunmetal Metallic (GA4) during previous ownership. Features include a black vinyl roof, 1971 Charger R/T hood and taillamps, hood pins, concealed headlamps, a front chin spoiler, a chrome rear bumper and rocker trim, and dual-outlet exhaust that exits below the rear valance. The 18″ gunmetal Boze Forged wheels feature polished barrels and chrome center caps and are mounted with Toyo Proxes S/T tires measuring 255/45 up front and 295/45 out back. The suspension features a lowered stance along with front R/T and rear Hellwig swaybars and is said to have been refurbished during current ownership. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The seller notes a harmonic vibration in the drivetrain at 70-mph with the windows up.

The cabin features seating upholstery in black vinyl with a pleated gray insert along with a matching dashboard, door trim panels, and carpeting. Equipment includes air conditioning, ProCar bucket seats with custom embroidery, seat belts, a push-button AM, a floor-mounted pistol grip shifter, and Charger-embroidered floormats. The seller notes that the air conditioning has been upgraded to R134a and the carpeting was replaced.

The three-spoke Tuff steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer, 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer indicates 92k miles, approximately 23k have been added by the seller.

A custom dual exhaust system has been installed with electronic cutouts that dump in front of the rear tires into Dr. Gas Boom Tube exhaust tips.
