This Ford F-Series 1967-1972 got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1972 Ford F-250 Explorer Camper Special was initially delivered to Paul Swanson Ford of Los Gatos, California, and is finished in two-tone white and yellow over green vinyl upholstery. Power is provided by a 360ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission, and additional equipment includes 16.5″ steel wheels, rear Airlift helper springs, dual fuel tanks, towing mirrors, a receiver hitch, a heater, and a Pioneer head unit linked to aftermarket speakers. The truck was acquired by the seller on BaT in December 2021. This F-250 is now offered with a Deluxe Marti report, partial service records, and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.

The truck left the factory finished in two-tone Wimbledon White (1619-A) and Tampico Yellow (3341-A) and features Explorer badging in addition to a chrome front bumper with overriders, chrome side moldings, and a silver-painted steel rear bumper. Exterior details also include a receiver hitch, a drop-in bedliner, a lockable bedside storage box, a sliding rear window, amber corner lights, towing mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets that exit in front of the right-rear wheel. Paintwork is said to have been performed under previous ownership on the front edge of the hood, and blemishes are evident on the tailgate as well as scuffs and rock chips around the body.

White-finished 16.5″ steel wheels with chrome hubcaps are mounted with Firestone Transforce HT tires. The truck is equipped with power steering and rear Airlift helper springs.

The bench seat is upholstered in green vinyl and is joined by faded green door panels as well as gray carpets. Amenities include a heater, woodgrain dashboard trim, a black carpeted dash cover, LED interior lights, and a Pioneer head unit linked to aftermarket footwell-mounted speakers.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a horizontal-sweep 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. An Airlift gauge and a Hopkins graduated level are installed below the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 73k miles, approximately 300 of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
