This 1972 Porsche 911T coupe is finished in Emerald Green over black leatherette and powered by a 2.4-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes mechanical fuel injection, 15″ Fuchs-style wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, H4 headlights, a Dansk muffler, air conditioning, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo. The car was acquired by the current owner in 2018, and service in 2023 included an oil change, fitting SSI heat exchangers, rebuilding the left-front brake caliper, and replacing the starter, front hood struts, and batteries. This 911T coupe is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with recent service records, a Porsche Product Specifications Certificate, a tool kit, an owner’s manual, and a clean Maryland title.

The body was finished from the factory in Emerald (Kelly) Green (38) and is said to have been repainted under previous ownership in 1999. Equipment includes H4 headlights, a left-side mirror, black bumperettes and front grilles, bright rocker trim, and a right-rear quarter panel oil filler unique to the 1972 model year. The front hood struts were replaced in preparation for the sale.

The 15″ Fuchs-style wheels are wrapped in 195/65 Michelin CrossClimate tires. A chrome-finished slotted spare wheel mounted with a Michelin XZX tire is stowed in the front trunk. The 911T was equipped from the factory with fixed two-piston calipers over ventilated discs at all four corners. The left-front caliper was rebuilt in January 2023.

The cabin features front bucket seats trimmed in black leatherette upholstery along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes an under-dash air conditioning system, a locking glove box, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including an 8k-rpm tachometer, 150-mph speedometer, an inoperative analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, oil level, oil temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 13k miles, approximately 1,500 of which were added under current ownership. The total mileage is unknown.

The 2.4-liter flat-six features Bosch mechanical fuel injection and was factory rated at 140 horsepower. The seller reports that the engine was fitted with updated timing chain tensioners in 2006 under previous ownership. Service since January 2023 consisted of performing an oil change and replacing the starter and batteries.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. SSI heat exchangers were installed in January 2023 along with a Dansk muffler, and broken studs were repaired at that time. Oil leaks are noted, and additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery below.

The Porsche Product Specifications Certificate lists the car’s original colors, optional equipment, and a production completion date of July 1971. A tool kit, front nose cover, and the owner’s manual are also included in the sale.
