This 1974 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Cheyenne is powered by a Chevrolet ZZ430 350ci V8 crate engine mated to a three-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The truck is finished in Skyline Blue over a blue vinyl interior, and equipment includes a removable white hardtop, 15″ wheels, an aftermarket exhaust system, four-wheel disc brakes, digital gauges, Hurst shifters, and more. Approximately 500 miles have been added since the seller’s acquisition one year ago, and service in that time has included an oil change and a new transmission seal. This K5 Blazer Cheyenne is now offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The seller reports that the body and engine bay were repainted in Skyline Blue under previous ownership. A full-length removable hardtop is finished in white and shows two cracks on the rear edges that are highlighted in the gallery below. The hood is misaligned near the firewall as a result of tight hood springs, and rust spots are noted in the passenger side door jam and near the corner of the driver’s side hood pin.

Factory 15″ wheels are mounted with 33×12.50″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires. The suspension features front and rear leaf springs with coilover shocks and a pair of color-matched steering stabilizers. Braking is handled by front and rear power-assisted discs.

The interior is trimmed in blue vinyl with a color-coded dashboard and door panels. Equipment includes faux wood trim, air conditioning, and an aftermarket head unit. Auxiliary instrumentation is mounted in the center console, and Hurst shifters have been added.

A Grant GT steering wheel fronts aftermarket digital instrumentation measuring vehicle and engine speed, along with readouts for oil temperature, coolant temperature, fuel level, and voltage. Just under 8k are shown, which is said to represent the mileage after the engine swap. The true mileage is unknown.

The Chevrolet ZZ430 350ci V8 crate engine features a “hot” camshaft and is reportedly controlled by a 1996 Chevrolet Camaro ECU. Chrome valve covers are equipped along with a matching intake manifold and a larger radiator with dual electric fans. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed TH350 automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The seller reports an oil change was performed in August 2019, and that a new transmission seal was also installed.
