This 1977 Alfa Romeo Alfetta GT is said to have spent time in Wisconsin prior to undergoing modifications conducted at the seller’s shop, Classic Motoring of St. Louis, Missouri, reportedly over eight months in 2020 and 2021. This example is #146 of 150 Mario Andretti edition vehicles and is finished in Lipari Gray over black vinyl. Power is provided by a rebuilt 2.0-liter twin-cam four paired with a rear-mounted five-speed manual transaxle, and modifications include dual Weber 45 carburetors, Motronic pistons, a fiberglass airbox, aftermarket wheels, an oversized front sway bar, amber lighting, a front rail bar, rear bumperettes with a tow hook, a side exhaust outlet, and racing seats. This Alfetta GT 2.0 is offered with receipts and a clean Missouri title in the seller’s name.

The body is said to have been stripped and prepared with the removal of side markers and moldings prior to undergoing a color change to Alfa Romeo 2019 Lipari Gray paint. Gold-finished 15″ aftermarket wheels are wrapped in 205/50 Federal 595RS-R tires. Modifications include adjustable Koni shock absorbers, polyurethane bushings, an oversized front sway bar, and alloy rod ends.

The interior features seating surfaces upholstered in black vinyl with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels along with contrasting red carpeting and carbon-fiber-style door handle and dashboard trim. Additional modifications to the interior include Braum Racing Advan Series racing seats, an AEM air/fuel meter, a black headliner, and a billet-style gearshift knob. A plaque on the dashboard identifies this car as #146 of 150 Mario Andretti Limited Edition vehicles.

A leather-wrapped and red-stitched steering wheel wears the Alfa Romeo badge and frames a 150-mph speedometer housed separately from the cluster of ancillary gauges in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 81k miles, a few hundred of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

Power is provided by a 2.0-liter inline-four that was rebuilt by the seller’s shop with an intake manifold that was ported and polished to match the head. Modifications include dual Weber 45 DCOE carburetors, a Spruell Motorsport, Inc. engine kit with high-compression Motronic 10:1 pistons, Total Seal piston rings, lightened rods, 123ignition, Shankle headers, a red fiberglass GTA airbox, European-specification camshafts, oversized valves, performance-oriented valve springs, a lightened flywheel, and fabricated aluminum heat shields. According to the seller, the fuel pump was replaced in September 2021.
