1977 Chevrolet Corvette

This 1977 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and it is finished in orange over tan leather upholstery. Equipment includes pop-up headlights, removable T-top roof panels, power windows, air conditioning, an AM/FM radio, and 15″ American Racing wheels. The car was first sold in Alabama, and its current owner added approximately 2k of the 7k miles it now shows. This C3 Corvette is offered on dealer consignment with historical paperwork and a clean Alabama title.

1977 was the final year of the “flying buttress” rear window treatment on the C3 Corvette, and this example is finished in orange. Additional details include pop-up headlights, Corvette racing flag emblems situated above vents on the front fenders, flush door handles, a left-side mirror, removable body-color T-top roof panels, polished rocker panel trim, a rear-fender mounted antenna, and front and rear bumperettes. The selling dealer notes that a crack was repaired on the left-front fender, and it was subsequently repainted along with the front bumper.

American Racing 15″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with 225/70 Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTS white-letter tires. Stopping is handled by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, and the car is equipped with power steering.

The interior features bucket seats that are upholstered in tan leather, along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpeting. Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows, a push-button AM/FM radio, and an analog clock. Protective plastic lines the left footwell.

Instruments include a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,300-rpm redline, and the center stack holds gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 7k miles, approximately 2k of which were added by the current owner.

The 350ci V8 was factory rated at 180 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed in preparation for this sale.
