This Honda Motorcycles got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1977 Honda GL1000 Gold Wing was acquired by the seller in September 2019, reportedly from its first owner, and was subsequently modified with metallic blue paint, an Acewell digital LCD multifunction gauge, Cone Engineering mufflers, and YSS shocks. The bike is powered by a 999cc SOHC flat four paired with a five-speed transmission, and it features an electric starter, a quartet of Keihin carburetors, a four-into-two exhaust system, an enclosed driveshaft, a two-up seat, triple disc brakes, and a side stand. This GL1000 is now offered with a tool kit and a clean Wisconsin title in the seller’s name.

The faux fuel tank was refinished in blue with white accents, gold pinstripes, and Honda Wing graphics, while the side covers, fenders, and radiator shroud were painted to match. Equipment includes a two-up seat, a locking storage compartment, chrome bar-end mirrors, and a side stand. The seller notes that the fenders have been replaced.

Wire-spoke wheels measuring 19″ up front and 17″ at the rear are mounted with Shinko 10SR tires. Braking is handled by dual discs up front and a single disc at the rear. Suspension consists of a conventional fork as well as replacement dual YSS shocks mounted to the swingarm on the left and the final drive enclosure on the right. The brake master cylinder and supply lines have been replaced, and the fork was rebuilt under current ownership. The brake fluids were flushed in February 2023.
