This Chevrolet C/K (1973-1991) got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1979 Chevrolet K10 Silverado is a long-bed pickup finished in two-tone green and white over green cloth and vinyl upholstery and powered by a 350ci V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes 15″ steel wheels, manually locking front hubs, a sliding rear window, a receiver hitch, a spray-on bedliner, dual fuel tanks, air conditioning, and a retro-style head unit. This K10 Silverado was acquired by the selling dealer in April 2022 and is offered at no reserve with a clean Idaho title.
The fleetside body is said to have been repainted in two-tone green and white in approximately 2007, and equipment includes a sliding rear window, a receiver hitch, a spray-on bedliner, chrome bumpers, low-mount mirrors, diamond-plate bed rail caps, and dual fuel tanks. The seller notes various exterior scratches and rock chips.
Steel 15″ wheels are mounted with 31×10.5″ Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT tires. The front axle is equipped with Warn manual locking hubs, and stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes.
The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in green cloth and vinyl along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Features include air conditioning, a retro-style head unit, and three-point seatbelts. The seller states the cruise control module has been bypassed and is inoperative.
The two-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 24k miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 sends power to the rear or all four wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
