This Buick Riviera got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1980 Buick Riviera is finished in beige with a tan Landau roof over tan cloth and is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transaxle. Equipment includes power steering, front disc brakes, quad headlights, and 15″ wheels as well as a power-adjustable driver’s seat, air conditioning, power windows and locks, and an AM/FM cassette stereo. This Riviera was acquired by the selling dealer in 2022 and is now offered in North Carolina with a clean Montana title.
The body is finished in a beige with tan pin-striping, chrome lower body cladding, and a tan Landau roof with color-matching mudguards. Additional features include chrome front and rear bumpers with overriders, quad headlights, a fixed antenna, and a Riviera hood ornament.
Steel 15″ wheels feature wire wheel covers and wear 215/70 Cooper Lifeliner GLS white-stripe tires. Stopping power comes from front disc and rear drum brakes, and the car is equipped with power steering.
The interior is trimmed in tan velour-look cloth with faux woodgrain accents on the color-matching dash and door panels as well as the steering wheel. Amenities include air conditioning, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, power windows and locks, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.
The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering frames a horizontally sweeping 85-mph speedometer, a fuel level gauge, and a gear indicator. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 21k miles.
The 350ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 160 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the front wheels through a three-speed automatic transaxle. Additional underside photos are presented in the gallery below.
