This 1980 Zastava 750 SE is said to have been refurbished around seven years ago in Croatia, where it was acquired by the current owner in 2018 and subsequently imported to the US. Power is from a 767cc inline-four that was reportedly rebuilt in 2018 and paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. The car is finished in light blue over white vinyl upholstery and features chrome bumpers and gray-painted steel wheels. This Zastava is being offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the current owner in Costa Mesa, California with a first aid kit and a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC.
The Zastava 750 was a version of the Fiat 600 produced under license in Yugoslavia between 1955 and 1985. This example is said to have been repainted its current shade of light blue during prior ownership and is equipped with a chrome driver’s side mirror and bumpers.
Gray-painted steel wheels are wrapped in Kelly Steelmark tires with Atlas whitewall inserts that were reportedly installed around four years ago. A full-size spare is found in the front storage area. The brakes are said to have been refreshed during current ownership.
The cabin houses seats trimmed in white vinyl with blue piping and matching door panels. Black carpets line the floors, and equipment includes opening front 3/4 vent windows, shoulder belts for front occupants, and dual flip-down sun visors.
A two-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a body-color metal dash housing a 120-km/h speedometer flanked by temperature and fuel level gauges. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 41k kilometers (~25k miles), around 100 of which have been added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 767cc inline-four is topped by a single carburetor and was reportedly rebuilt and fitted with a replacement water pump by Reliable Motors of Costa Mesa, California in 2018.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle. Areas of corrosion on the underside are noted by the seller, and additional images are provided in the gallery below.
