1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi

This 1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi is powered by a fuel-injected 2.9-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and finished in Rosso Corsa over beige Connolly leather. Stock equipment includes a black removable roof panel, a gated shifter, and a leather-trimmed Nardi steering wheel, while modifications consist of 16″ wheels, a Blaupunkt Toronto stereo, and a Superformance stainless steel exhaust system. The car was acquired by the seller two years ago following time in Washington and California, and work conducted by his shop over the following two years included a tune-up as well as installation of Koni shocks, springs, bushings, and fluids. This 308 is offered with a Carfax report, car cover, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

The exterior is finished in Rosso Corsa with a black removable roof panel and trim. The seller believes that paintwork was carried out under previous ownership, and the trunk lid was recently refinished to repair a dent. Later-style 16″ wheels replace the standard 14″ versions, which will also accompany the car. Bridgestone Potenza tires are mounted at each corner. Recent suspension work including replacement of the front and rear bushings as well as installation of Koni shocks and new springs. The seller notes the absence of a spare tire.

The interior is trimmed in beige Connolly leather with matching door panels and darker carpets. Equipment consists of power windows, a gated shifter, a Blaupunkt Toronto stereo, a leather-wrapped Nardi steering wheel, and branded floor mats. The air conditioner, power antenna, and windshield washer are inoperable.

Veglia instrumentation includes a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,700-rpm redline. The five-digit odometer is said to show approximately 58k miles, about 200 of which were added by the seller over the last two years. The trunk cover was recently replaced.

The 2.9-liter V8 features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and has been modified with a Superformance stainless steel exhaust system which does not feature catalytic converters. The most recent timing belt service is said to have been conducted less than 300 miles ago, though no supporting documentation is available. Work conducted during the seller’s ownership included replacement of the spark plugs as well as fluid and filter changes. Power is sent through a five-speed manual gearbox with a limited-slip differential.

The June 2019 Carfax report indicates no accidents or other damage and shows history in California, Washington, and Oregon. A September 2014 mileage inconsistency is noted along with a handful of service visits to Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo in Portland. Various cold-start and driving videos can be seen below.
