1982 Lincoln Continental Mark VI

This 1982 Lincoln Continental Mark VI is finished in black and gray over red leather and is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a black carriage roof, hideaway headlights, a power antenna, a power sunroof, opera windows, power-adjustable front seats, air conditioning, electric mirrors and windows, center armrests, and a factory stereo. The car was first registered in Georgia and spent time in Florida before being acquired by the seller in February 2022. Subsequent service is said to have included the replacement of the ECM, ignition control module, air conditioning compressor, heater core, radiator, vacuum modulator, drive belts, and coolant hoses as well as the front and rear shocks, the front brake rotors and pads, and the front wheel bearings. This Mark VI is offered in California with a clean Carfax report and a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC.

The body is finished in black and Medium Dark Pewter Metallic paint and features red pinstripes, a chrome grille, chrome lower bodywork, black body moldings, and chrome bumpers with rubber guards. Additional equipment includes a black carriage roof, hideaway headlights, a power sunroof, a power antenna, and opera windows.

Silver 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with 205/75 Maxxis MA-1 whitewall tires. The front and rear shocks, front brake rotors and pads, and front wheel bearings were replaced in March 2022.

The cabin is upholstered in red leather and features wood trim on the steering wheel, dashboard, and door panels. Amenities include power-adjustable front seats, air conditioning, electric mirrors and windows, center armrests, four ashtrays, and a factory cassette stereo. The power door locks do not work.

The four-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames an 85-mph speedometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 4,300 miles, approximately 200 of which were added by the current owner. Total mileage is unknown.

The 302ci V8 was factory rated at 134 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. The air conditioning compressor, heater core, radiator core, and vacuum modulator were replaced in early 2022, and the ECM, ignition control module, drive belts, and coolant hoses are also said to have been replaced.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Additional photos of the underside are included in the gallery.

The Marti Report details the original colors and equipment and shows a June 15, 1982 build date. A copy of the window sticker is included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in Georgia, Florida, and Montana.
