This 1983 Datsun 280ZX is finished in two-tone blue and silver over matching upholstery and is powered by a 2.8-liter inline-six mated to a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 14″ alloy wheels, removable glass T-top roof panels, power windows, cruise control, air conditioning, and a cassette stereo. The car spent time in Kansas and Arizona before its acquisition by the seller in September 2022. This 280ZX is being offered with manufacturer’s literature, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The 14” alloy wheels feature Z-branded center caps and wear 195/70 Falken Sincera A/S tires that were installed in September 2022. Braking is through discs at all four corners. The front and rear shocks were replaced in February 2016.

The dashboard is cracked according to the seller, who notes that a dashboard cap has been fitted but is not glued down, the radio antenna is inoperable, and wear is present on the steering wheel rim.

Instrumentation includes a digital speedometer as well as a tachometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. A trio of auxiliary gauges are located in the center stack. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 119k miles, though the Carfax report shows a mileage discrepancy in September 2018, and total mileage is unknown. The fuel gauge is inaccurate according to the seller.

The 2.8-liter L28E inline-six features Bosch L-Jetronic fuel injection and was rated at 145 horsepower and 156 lb-ft of torque from the factory. The fuel injectors are said to have been replaced in January 2017.
