This 1984 Chevrolet G20 Ultra Vista Sportvan was purchased when new at Jim Arenson Chevrolet in Center Point, Iowa by the seller’s grandfather, and it was acquired by the seller in 2009. Finished in tan with gold and copper graphics, the van is powered by a 305ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Equipment includes 15” Rally wheels, chrome trim, swing-out side doors, running boards, patterned upholstery, second-row captain’s chairs, a rear bench seat, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. This G20 is now offered at no reserve in Arizona with original purchase documents, manufacturer’s literature, accessories, an accident-free Carfax report, and an Arizona title in the seller’s name.
The van is finished in Doeskin Tan with gold and bronze stripes. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, pop-out windows, a ladder, a roof rack, Compliments Ultra Vista badging, and wheel-arch flares with integrated running boards. Blemishes in the paint are shown in the gallery, and rust spots are noted on the roof and rear quarter panels.
Bronze-finished 15” Rally wheels wear polished trim rings and are mounted with 235/75 Arizonian Silver Edition tires, and a spare is mounted beneath a cover on the rear door. Stopping power is provided by drums at all four corners.
The cabin features brown and tan patterned cloth upholstery, beige carpets and door panels, and a brown dashboard. Amenities include stationary front captain’s chairs, a swiveling and reclining second row of captain’s chairs, cruise control, front and rear climate systems, auxiliary lighting, power-operated windows and locks, a center console, cupholders, a table, a CB radio, an AM/FM cassette stereo, bay windows with lower sliding glass panels, and a rear bench with bolsters that converts to a bed. The seller notes the air-conditioning system requires service.
The ambulance-style rear doors open to reveal an oak credenza and a closet area.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 54k miles, approximately 4k of which have been added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The 305ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor, and power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. The engine and transmission leak fluid according to the seller.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Iowa and Arizona. Not Actual Mileage titles were issued by the state of Iowa beginning in 2006.
