This 1984 Chevrolet K10 was retrofitted during previous ownership with a 400ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck was acquired in 2022 by the selling dealer, who reports that work in the past year included installing an Edelbrock E-Street Power Package top-end kit and ceramic-coated long-tube headers in addition to a Classic Auto Air air-conditioning system, a Kicker amplifier and subwoofer, and a replacement dashboard cover, instrument cluster bezel, and beige cloth upholstery. Finished in tan and white, the truck is also equipped with 15″ Rally wheels, a dual exhaust system, a sliding rear window, a Bluetooth-capable Alpine stereo, and power locks and windows. This K10 Scottsdale is offered at no reserve with an accident-free Carfax report and a clean Florida title.
Finished in tan and white, the truck features Scottsdale fender badging along with chrome bumpers and mirror caps. Additional equipment includes a bed mat, a receiver hitch, a bright tailgate cap, and dual exhaust tips. Rust, rock chips, scratches, and dents are noted around the body, and flaws are shown close-up in the gallery and video below.
Steel 15″ Rally wheels wear polished trim rings and 33×10.50″ Toyo Open Country M/T tires that show 2019 date codes. The truck has power steering and automatic locking front hubs, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front disc brakes and rear drums.
The bench seat was recovered in beige cloth and the dashboard cover, door panels, and instrument cluster bezel were replaced in 2022 according to the selling dealer. A Classic Auto Air climate-control system, an Alpine head unit with Bluetooth and USB connectivity, and a Kicker amplifier and subwoofer were also installed during previous ownership. Additional elements include a Kelsey trailer brake controller, a tachometer, vinyl flooring, and power windows and locks. The door pull handles are missing.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 79k miles. A mileage inconsistency is noted in an October 2020 entry on the Carfax report, and total mileage is unknown.
The 400ci V8 was installed under previous ownership, and the selling dealer reports that it was equipped in 2022 with MSD ignition components, a powder-coated air cleaner and valve covers, ceramic-coated Flowtech headers, a dual exhaust system with a crossover pipe, and an Edelbrock E-Street Power Package that included the following components:
- Performer EPS intake manifold
- E-Street cylinder heads
- Performer-Plus camshaft kit
- Pushrods
- Performer-Link timing chain set
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage, lists history in Georgia and Florida from its first entry in 1998, and notes the aforementioned mileage inconsistency. There is a gap in entries between June 1998 and November 2011.
