This Toyota Land Cruiser 60-Series got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser is finished in Copper Brown over a tan and brown interior and has been modified with a 3″ lift, aftermarket wheels with 35″ BFGoodrich tires, a TrollHole carburetor conversion, a Yakima roof rack, and LED interior lights. Power is from a 4.2-liter straight-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The truck was acquired by the seller in January 2017 and shows approximately 211k miles. This FJ60 is sold with two years of service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a Georgia registration in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Copper Brown (474) and has been modified with an aftermarket bull bar with fog lights, a receiver hitch, tinted windows, and a Yakima roof basket with a fairing and a Hi-Lift jack. Rust bubbles behind the left rear tire are shown in the gallery. New taillight lenses have been fitted.
The truck rides on a 3″ lift over black 15″ wagon wheels mounted with 35″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires. A full-size spare is mounted to the roof basket.
The interior features brown vinyl upholstery with striped fabric seat and door panel inserts. Black rubber mats protect the carpets and cargo area. The air conditioning system is reported to be inoperative.
Modifications include a Sony CD player, speakers fitted to the front door panels and the cargo area, and LED interior lights. The six-digit odometer shows 211k miles, approximately 1,000 of which were added during the seller’s ownership.
The 4.2-liter 2F straight-six drives the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Recent service reportedly included machining of the intake and exhaust manifold mating surfaces as well as installation of a de-smogged carburetor from TrollHole’s Cruisers, a new clutch, and a replacement fan shroud.
The May 2019 Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage with registration in California, Arizona, Georgia, and Tennessee from 1990 to 2019.
