This Ford Fox-Body Mustang got away, but there are more like it here.

This Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Convertible was sold new from Isackson Motors Ford Mercury in Arcata, California, and is said to be one of eight examples finished in Light Regatta Blue with a white top over a Charcoal Grey leather interior for the 1985 model year. Power is provided by a high-output 5.0L V8, which sends power rearward via a five-speed manual transmission and a 2.73:1 Traction-Lok rear end. Options include the Light Group, a premium sound system, tinted glass, air conditioning, fog lights, and more, with recent service including an oil and filter change. This Mustang GT is now offered by the selling dealer in Georgia with factory books and manuals, a Deluxe Marti Report, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.

The body is finished in Light Regatta Blue (3V) over Dark Grey Charcoal lower cladding. The white top is shown raised in the gallery below, and additional equipment includes Marchal foglamps along with 5.0 and Mustang GT badging applied to the hood, sides, and rear of the car. The selling dealer notes a ceramic coating was recently applied, and the Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.

Factory 15″ 10-slot alloy wheels are fitted with Kelly Charger GT tires. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.

The car was optioned with a 302 HO engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a 2.73:1 Traction-Lok rear end in 1985, the final year that the 5.0L High Output V8 was carbureted. The selling dealer reports an oil and filter change was carried out in September 2019.
