This 1985 GMC S15 Jimmy Sierra Classic was initially delivered to Wampler Buick-GMC in Troy, Ohio, was previously sold on BaT in February 2021, and was purchased by the seller on BaT in March 2022. The truck is s finished in two-tone Frost White and Satin Black over gray upholstery, and power is provided by a 2.8-liter V6 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Additional equipment includes the Sierra Classic equipment and the Trailering packages as well as a heavy-duty radiator and transmission oil cooler, power steering, cast-aluminum 15″ wheels, and a fold-down rear seat. This Jimmy shows 36k miles and is offered with the window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Wisconsin title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in two-tone Frost White with Satin Black accents and features an optional painted roof rack in addition to a roof spoiler, a receiver hitch, a pop-up rear window, and GMC-logo mud flaps. Paint chips below the right headlight are pictured up-close in the gallery below.

Optional 15″ cast-aluminum wheels with 4×4 lettering are mounted with 235/75 Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires. A spare tire is mounted in the rear cargo area. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes. The truck was also ordered with power steering and the heavy-duty trailering special equipment package.

The cabin features front bucket seats and an optional folding rear bench upholstered in two-tone gray cloth with vinyl accent stripes. Amenities include an AM/FM stereo, a center console, a locking glove compartment, crank windows, and the Sierra Classic package which added brushed-metal trim on the dashboard.

The two-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 36k miles, approximately 50 of which have been added by the seller.

The carbureted 2.8-liter V6 produced 115 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque when new, and work performed under previous ownership included an oil change and replacing the valve cover gaskets. The truck was ordered from the factory with a heavy-duty radiator and transmission oil cooler.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Additional underside photos are displayed in the gallery.

The window sticker shows delivery to Wampler GMC and a total price of $14,488.00. Manufacturer’s literature, service records, and the original purchase documents are also included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin from the initial entry in May 2009.
