This 1987 Chevrolet Corvette coupe is finished in two-tone Medium Gray Metallic and black over a Medium Gray leather interior, and it is powered by a 5.7-liter L98 V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 16″ alloy wheels, two removable roof panels, pop-up headlights, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat in addition to a Delco-Bose sound system, cruise control, power door locks, and automatic climate control. The car remained with its original owner until 2022, and it was acquired by the seller on BaT in July 2022. This C4 coupe shows 10k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, a laminated build sheet, original purchase documents, manufacturer’s literature, service manuals, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in two-tone Medium Gray Metallic and black and features pop-up headlights, fog lamps, a removable tinted-glass roof panel, a removable painted roof panel, heated side mirrors, and quad exhaust outlets. A ceramic coating was reportedly applied to the exterior, and various paint blemishes are pointed out in the gallery below.

Turbine-style 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with an older set of 255/50 Eagle VR50 tires. The car is equipped with an independent front and five-link rear suspension as well as front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in Medium Gray leather along with color-coordinated carpets and door panels. A lock that secures the roof panel in the storage position has been added, and additional amenities include a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, automatic climate control, cruise control, power door locks, an onboard computer, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo linked to a Delco-Bose sound system. The air conditioning system has reportedly been converted to use R134a refrigerant, and the seller notes that the headliner for the body-color removable roof panel was replaced in June 2023.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a digital instrument panel that includes a speedometer, a tachometer, and a fuel-level display as well as numeric readouts for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel economy. The six-digit odometer shows 10k miles, approximately 90 of which have been added under current ownership.

The 5.7-liter L98 V8 is equipped with Tuned Port Injection as well as aluminum cylinder heads and was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 345 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker shows initial delivery to Bass Chevrolet Inc. in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, as well as factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $32,110. A laminated build sheet, original purchase documents, manufacturer’s literature, and multiple service manuals are also included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Ohio beginning with the first entry in April 1997.
