This Chevrolet C/K (1973-1991) got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1987 Chevrolet R10 Silverado is a regular cab pickup finished in two-tone blue over matching cloth upholstery. It is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and equipped with 20″ aftermarket wheels, a lowered suspension, power windows and locks, cruise control, dual fuel tanks, a tilt steering column, and an AM/FM cassette stereo. The truck has spent time in Georgia and North Carolina and was acquired by the seller in 2011. This R10 is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The truck was refinished in two-tone blue with blue pinstriping and bright trim under prior ownership. Exterior details include chrome bumpers, a sliding rear window, and bed rails. The truck is equipped with dual fuel tanks. Body molding is missing from the right side door and right rear bed.
The polished 20″ aftermarket wheels are wrapped in 255/45 Nitto NT850 tires. The suspension was lowered under previous ownership, and braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.
The cab features a blue cloth and vinyl bench seat along with color-coordinated carpets and brushed metal trim. Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control, tilt steering, and an AM/FM cassette stereo.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a clock, and gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 74k miles, approximately 8k of which were added under current ownership. The Carfax report includes a mileage reading of 89k in July 2016, and total mileage is unknown.
The 5.7-liter V8 was factory rated at 210 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Georgia and North Carolina through the last entry in 2016.
