This 1988 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a 5.7-liter L98 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over Light Blue Leather. It is equipped with a replacement black convertible soft top, 17″ aluminum wheels, a Delco-Bose sound system, automatic climate control, wood veneer cabin trim, and pop-up headlights. The car shows 13k miles following ownership history in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Hawaii, and it was recently acquired by the selling dealer. This C4 convertible is now offered in California with the owner’s manual, multiple keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Hawaii title.

The car is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (L8743) and features a replacement black convertible soft top, pop-up headlights, fog lamps, and quad exhaust outlets. The Carfax report indicates that the vehicle color was “noted as silver” in October 2022 and February 2023, and the selling dealer reports that a silver vinyl wrap was removed under current ownership.

The 17″ aluminum wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force Sport Comp-2 tires that are noted to show date codes from 2016. The car is equipped with an independent front and five-link rear suspension as well as front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by anti-lock four-wheel disc brakes.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in Light Blue leather along with a black dashboard and wood veneer accents. Amenities include a Delco-Bose sound system with an AM/FM/cassette stereo as well as automatic climate control, power windows, and an onboard computer. A set of blue Corvette-branded floor mats is included in the sale.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a digital instrument panel that includes a speedometer, a tachometer, and a fuel-level display as well as numeric readouts for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel economy. The six-digit odometer shows 13k miles.

The 5.7-liter L98 V8 is equipped with Tuned Port Injection as well as aluminum cylinder heads and was factory rated at 240 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
