This Volvo 240 got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1989 Volvo 240 GL sedan is finished in Dark Blue Metallic over black leather upholstery and is powered by a 2.3-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes 14″ Corona wheels, a sunroof, an IPD skid plate, heated front seats, air conditioning, and an AM/FM cassette stereo. The car has remained registered in California from new and was acquired in September 2022 by the seller, who reports that the timing belt, spark plugs, differential oil, and engine oil were replaced in preparation for the sale. This 240 shows 48k miles and is now offered with manufacturer’s literature and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Dark Blue Metallic (406-3) and features bright trim, a front spoiler, a manually operated sunroof, and a retractable antenna. The car was declared a “Total Loss Vehicle” by an insurance company following collision damage according to a February 2022 entry in the Carfax report, which also lists damage to the front in March 2022 and September 2022 entries. Photos at the end of the gallery below show damage before dent repairs, paint work in the left-front corner, and replacement of the left headlight and turn signal assemblies. The seller notes dents in the hood, a crack on the left taillight, and blemishes and scratches around the car.
