This Chrysler K-Car got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1990 Chrysler TC by Maserati is finished in white over tan leather and is powered by a turbocharged 2.2-liter inline-four mated to a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a body-color removable hardtop, a manually operated tan soft top, 15″ aluminum wheels, power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, and an AM/FM cassette radio. The car was delivered new to MC Clune Motors in National City, California, and spent time in Nevada prior to the selling dealer’s acquisition in January 2021. This TC is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, a tool kit, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Nevada title.
The body is finished in Arctic White and features a manually-operated tan soft top and a body-color removable hardtop with porthole windows. Exterior equipment includes a retractable power antenna, powered side mirrors, polished trim and wheel arches, and a twin-tip exhaust outlet. Factory 15″ cast-aluminum “lace” style wheels wear 205/60 Cooper CS4 Touring tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel anti-lock discs.
The interior features six-way power-adjustable seats, door panels, and a dashboard trimmed in tan leather, while woodgrain trim accents the dashboard, door panels, shift knob, steering wheel, and center console. Embroidered floor mats with the Maserati trident and Chrysler pentastar protect the matching tan carpets, and equipment includes cruise control, power windows and door locks, and a cassette stereo with a graphic equalizer. The seller states that the air conditioning system does not function.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 125-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 55k miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The turbocharged 16-valve 2.2-liter inline-four was factory rated at 200 horsepower and 220 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer states the oil pan gasket and a coolant hose were replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the front wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. Service in preparation for the sale reportedly included the replacement of a drive axle. Additional underside photos are presented in the gallery below.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to MC Clune Motors in National City, California, as well as factory color, equipment, and a total price of $35,550. A tool kit and manufacturer’s literature are included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists history in California and Nevada.
