This Chevrolet Suburban (1973-1991) got away, but there are more like it here.
This 1991 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 is finished in white over gray cloth and is powered by a fuel-injected 350ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include solid front and rear axles, a limited-slip rear differential, 16″ wheels, tinted glass, a roof rack, running boards, towing equipment, three-row seating, air conditioning, and a Pioneer stereo. The truck spent time in California and Hawaii before it was acquired in Oregon in March 2021 by the selling dealer. Subsequent service consisted of changing the fluids and replacing the tires. This Suburban shows 131k miles and is offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, aftermarket manuals, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title.
The truck was delivered new in Olympic White (8624) with deep-tinted rear glass. The roof, rear doors, and hood are said to have been refinished under previous ownership due to failing clearcoat, and features include vinyl side decals, running boards, a roof rack, and a rear spoiler. The selling dealer notes a chip in the windshield as well as signs of wear and age in the chrome-finished lower trim.
Aluminum 16″ wheels were sourced from a 2010 Chevrolet and are mounted with 265/75 Pathfinder All-Terrain tires that show 2019 date codes. The truck is equipped with a trailer package and a Tekonsha trailer brake controller has been added. Play is noted in the steering.
The interior features high-back front bucket seats, a split-folding middle row, and a folding rear bench with textured gray cloth upholstery, which is complemented by matching trim and carpeting. Equipment includes air conditioning, rear climate control, a Pioneer stereo, and an aftermarket CD changer. The seller notes that the headliner is sagging in some areas.
The rear barn doors open to expose a carpeted rear cargo area, which houses a covered spare tire. The folding rear seats are shown in multiple configurations in the gallery.
The four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a woodgrain-trimmed instrumentation panel that includes an 85-mph speedometer and five auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 131k miles, approximately 100 of which have been added by the selling dealer.
The fuel-injected 350ci V8 was factory rated at 185 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2017 is said to have included flushing the coolant as well as replacing the distributor cap and rotor, PCV valve, high-pressure power steering hose, and power steering pump pulley. The engine oil, transmission fluid, and rear differential fluid were changed in preparation for sale.
Power is delivered to the front or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck was delivered new with a limited-slip rear differential with 4.10:1 gears. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California, Hawaii, and Oregon. At least one open recall is noted.
