This Hummer HMMWV/Humvee got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1993 AM General M998 HMMWV was originally designed for use by the US military and underwent refurbishment work by Provost Customs of Woodland, California, in 2022 after being decommissioned. The aluminum body features a slant-back roof and has been fitted with a replacement snorkel, doors, and mirrors as well as a rear receiver hitch. The cabin houses replacement bucket seats trimmed in tan leather that are accompanied by three-point seatbelts, and further additions include a keyed ignition system, a Red Dot air conditioning unit, and LED lighting. Power is supplied by a 6.2-liter diesel V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and front and rear Torsen limited-slip differentials. Service performed as part of the build involved repairing the portal axle vent tubes and replacing the ball joints, glow plugs, and water pump along with various gaskets and seals. This M998 is now offered on dealer consignment in Arizona with a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC.
