This Dodge Viper SR I (1992-1995) got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10 is finished in Viper Emerald Green over tan leather and is powered by an 8.0-liter V10 mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black removable soft top, a removable rear window, zip-up vinyl windows, air conditioning, keyless entry, and an AM/FM cassette stereo. Modifications include 18″ and 19″ bronze wheels, a Hurst short throw shifter, and an aftermarket exhaust system. The car spent time in multiple states before being acquired by the seller in May 2014. This SR I Viper shows 32k miles and is now offered with a service manual, a car cover, a tonneau cover, removed parts, an additional set of wheels and tires, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The first-generation Viper was designed in-house at Chrysler by Tom Gale and utilizes composite body panels over a tubular steel space-frame chassis. This example is one of approximately 300 finished in Viper Emerald Green (PGQ) for the model year and features fog lights, a black removable soft top, a removable rear window, zip-up vinyl side windows, a forward-opening clamshell hood, keyless entry, and side-exit exhaust outlets. The paint on the side sills above the exhaust outlets is bubbling, and additional exterior blemishes, including scratches on the underside of the front bumper cover, are shown up close in the gallery below.

Bronze 18″ and 19″ CCW wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires measuring 295/30 up front and 355/30 out back that were reportedly installed approximately 500 miles ago. This RT/10 is equipped with power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, a four-wheel independent suspension, and cross-drilled and slotted brake disc brakes with black Viper-branded calipers at all four corners. 1995 models were not equipped with ABS.

The cockpit features bucket seats upholstered in tan leather along with a color-coordinated center console and a two-tone dashboard and door panels. Interior amenities include air conditioning, power door locks, Viper-branded floor mats, a Hurst short throw shifter, and an AM/FM cassette stereo. The seller states that the windshield is a replacement and that dash was removed and repainted under current ownership.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. Auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage are mounted atop the center stack. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 32k miles, approximately 10k of which have been added under current ownership.

The 8.0-liter OHV V10 was co-developed with Lamborghini and was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. The fuel filter was reportedly replaced under current ownership, and an oil change was carried out in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. According to the seller, the clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, and throw-out bearing were replaced under current ownership. An aftermarket exhaust system is installed.
