This Ford Bronco 4th-5th Generations 1987-1996 got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1996 Ford Bronco XLT was registered in Florida and Washington for much of its life and underwent a refurbishment following the current owner’s acquisition in 2020. Work is said to have included a repaint in green with a gold removable hardtop and lower body panels, reupholstered interior, and overhauls of the four-speed automatic transmission, dual-range transfer case, steering components, and suspension. A replacement 5.0L V8 is also said to have been installed at that time, and additional equipment includes a Tru-Trac rear differential, Bilstein shocks, American Racing 15” wheels, a power-operated rear window, a swing-out rear tire carrier, a Kenwood head unit, and air conditioning. This Bronco is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with partial records, photos from the refurbishment, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The truck is finished in green with a gold removable hardtop and lower body cladding and was repainted in 2020 following the completion of rust repair around the passenger-side quarter panel and in the inner wheel arch. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, chrome side mirror caps, a swing-out rear tire carrier, and a power-operated rear window. The side mirrors, grille, lights, and bumpers were replaced during the refurbishment, and photos taken during the paint and bodywork process are shown in the gallery.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, both of which were rebuilt during the refurbishment. The front and rear axles were overhauled and fitted with 4.56:1 gearing, and a Tru-Trac rear differential was also installed. Additional underside images are presented in the gallery.
