21k-Mile 1996 Ford F-150 XLT 4×4 Northland Edition

This 1996 Ford F-150 XLT Northland Edition is a regular-cab long-bed pickup first titled in Minnesota and registered in Wisconsin prior to being acquired by the seller’s father in Nebraska in 2020. The truck is finished in red and silver over gray cloth upholstery and is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional equipment includes 15″ aluminum wheels, bed rails, side steps, a roof visor, cruise control, air conditioning, a bed mat, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. Service during current ownership is said to include an oil change and the replacement of the brake pads. This F-150 now has under 21k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of his father with a clean Carfax report and a clean South Dakota title.

The truck is finished in Toreador Red Metallic with silver lower accents. Features include chrome bumpers, a bug deflector, a windshield visor with running lights, illuminated side steps, raised bed rails, a bed mat, and Northland Edition graphics on the rear bedsides. The seller reports that a ceramic coating has been applied to the paint. Flaws are highlighted in the gallery below.

Polished 15” aluminum wheels are fitted with 31×10.5″ General Grabber A/T tires. Front discs and rear drums provide braking, and the seller states that the brake pads were replaced within the last 1,500 miles.

The cabin features gray cloth upholstery with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. The headrests on the bench seat are accented by Ford-logo patches on their backs, and equipment includes electric lumbar adjustment, air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and locks, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.

The multifunction steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates under 21k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership.

The 5.0L Windsor V8 was factory rated at 210 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. Revisions for the 1996 model year included the addition of an OBD2 diagnostics system, a mass airflow sensor, and roller valvetrain components. The seller states that an oil change and transmission fluid change was performed approximately 1,500 miles ago.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and registration history in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
