This 1997 Chevrolet Silverado K2500 is an extended-cab pickup finished in red over gray cloth, and it is powered by a 7.4-liter V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a receiver hitch, air conditioning, 16″ steel wheels, a sliding rear window, power-adjustable front seats, front tow hooks, a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system, a hard sectioned tonneau cover, a spray-in bedliner, a Curtis low-profile trailer brake controller, and an AM/FM/CD stereo with added Bluetooth connectivity. The truck spent time in Pennsylvania and Florida before it was acquired by the seller in 2021 and relocated to Utah. This Silverado shows 30k miles and is now offered at no reserve with two keys, a dash cover, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Utah title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Victory Red (9260) with black side moldings and chrome trim as well as black fender flares and an added lower front air dam. Features include a receiver hitch, chrome bumpers, Chevrolet-branded mud flaps, side steps, front tow hooks, and a removable vinyl stone guard on the hood. A folding tonneau cover was added and a spray-in bedliner was applied under current ownership. The seller notes a scratch on the passenger-side A-pillar pictured in the gallery below. A set of four replacement Bushwacker fender flares will accompany the truck.
Red-finished 16″ steel wheels wear chrome trim rings with bowtie-logo center caps and are mounted with 285/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Braking is handled by anti-lock front discs and rear drums.
The cab features high-back front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in tan cloth with a matching dashboard, door panels, carpets, and rubber floor mats. Amenities include cruise control, air conditioning, power windows and locks, remote keyless entry, a center console, and an AM/FM/CD stereo that has been modified with Bluetooth connectivity under current ownership. The front seats feature power adjustment for the driver and adjustable lumbar support for both front occupants.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 30k miles, approximately 2,500 of which have been added by the seller.
The 7.4-liter (454ci) Vortec V8 is equipped with electronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 290 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was completed in August 2021. A Magnaflow Cat-back exhaust system is installed.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Utah.
